Resources: Genealogy
The following reports, commissioned by the FNI, are available in hard
copy at all band council offices and the FNI offices. Some of them contain
detailed information about Newfoundland Mi’kmaq Elders, others contain
references to additional sources for tracing genealogy. If you are searching
for genealogical information, ask a staff member to direct you to the
appropriate publications.
